Welcome to our practice!

Our office's goal is to provide you with an unparalleled level of care. To that end, we are available to schedule your new patient appointment the same day or next day if there is an urgent need. Our friendly staff and highly-trained physician are accessible to answer any questions or concerns you may have along the way.

To schedule an appointment  at Southwest NeuroSpine Institute, please call (915) 590-BACK (2225). Our receptionist will obtain your basic demographic and insurance information over the phone and assist you in obtaining any necessary referrals or authorizations. We accept most major health plans (United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield) and worker's compensation.

If you have had an MRI in the recent past, please inform our scheduler of the location and date of the procedure. In certain cases, we may be able to obtain the films without your intervention. If we cannot obtain your films on our own, you will be asked to bring a CD and the accompanying report to our office on the day of your appointment.  Regardless, please bring all films, media, reports, past operative reports, and records in your possession that you feel are pertinent to your condition.

If you have not had any imaging studies done, you may still schedule an appointment.

Download the New Patient Forms and complete them prior to your new patient appointment. Remember to bring your picture ID, insurance card(s), and all current medications in their original bottles with you to your visit.
